Job summary

ICEYE, the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space, seeks a Facility Security Manager in Espoo, Finland. You’ll lead security programs across ICEYE’s global facilities, manage national security clearances, and oversee guard force and visitor access to ensure secure, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of facility security experience in an international, multi-site environment.
• Minimum 4 years leading a security team, with cross-country experience.
• Hands-on experience managing contracted guard force services, including vendor performance and SLA management.
• Experience supporting security requirements for new site build-outs or office relocations.
• Track record of planning and running security audits, inspections, and training programs.
• Strong documentation skills, including SOPs, audit records, and clearance-related paperwork.
• Working knowledge of Katakri (Finnish national security auditing criteria).

Responsibilities

• Manage security and safety programs across all ICEYE global facilities.
• Acquire and maintain national security clearances, acting as main contact for authorities.
• Oversee guard force management, including contracted providers, against SLAs and post orders.
• Own visitor and contractor access, including screening, badging, and escort/NDA procedures.
• Provide security input on new facility projects; facilitate audits and trainings; track findings to closure.
