Job summary

St1 Suomi is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives and drive results in a hands‑on role. You will embed change management, coach others, and ensure new processes and systems are adopted in practice.

You will collaborate with Finance, Business Technology and external partners, managing risks, budgets and stakeholder expectations while delivering tangible benefits through disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project, programme or transformation management experience.
• Proven track record leading projects from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Experience in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Finance transformation initiatives from planning to implementation and handover.
• Define project scope, roadmap, governance, resources and success measures.
• Drive execution across Finance, Business Technology, stakeholders and external partners.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets and decision-making processes.
• Communicate progress and prepare materials for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer and operational handover.
