Job summary

Academic Work Finland Oy is seeking a Backend Developer to own cloud services end-to-end and scale our platform for global demand, based at our Helsinki HQ with flexible hybrid work. Your work will impact clinical workflows and patient care worldwide.

• Build federated SSO to integrate hospitals with identity providers like Azure AD.
• Develop scalable multi-tenant authorization and automated customer onboarding.
• Design and evolve multi-tenant database schemas with strict isolation.
• Ensure high standards of security, compliance, and patient data protection.
• Collaborate with DevOps on deployment and Customer Success on environment issues.

As a Backend Developer, you will own cloud services end-to-end to scale our platform for growing global demand. You will collaborate closely with DevOps and Customer Success to build secure, multi-tenant solutions. Your work will directly impact clinical workflows and patient care worldwide.

Work tasks

You will develop and scale the cloud platform behind our flagship products, focusing on identity management, multi-tenant data isolation, and robust security.

• Design, build, and operate backend services in .NET and Python
• Own services end-to-end, including architecture, testing, and deployment
• Build federated SSO to integrate hospitals with identity providers like Azure AD
• Develop scalable multi-tenant authorization and automated customer onboarding

We are looking for
