iLOQ is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead cost, quality, and availability for mechanics and electromechanics. Based in Espoo or Oulu, you will shape category strategy, develop supplier relations, and collaborate with R&D on new products. Strong negotiating skills and a strategic mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the category strategy for mechanics and electromechanics (including DC motors).
• Develop cost‑effective and scalable supply solutions and second‑sourcing where needed.
• Lead supplier cooperation and supplier selection processes.
• Work with Sourcing, Supply Chain, and R&D to support product development.
• Negotiate agreements and drive continuous improvement across the supplier base.

What you’ll do

In your role, you will manage and drive cost, quality, and availability for your combined mechanics and electromechanics category (including DC motors). Your responsibilities include, for example, creating and maintaining the category strategy, developing cost‑effective and scalable supply solutions, second‑sourcing where needed, and leading supplier cooperation. You will work in the Sourcing team, closely with other Supply Chain teams, and in cooperation with R&D to participate in product development. You will identify and qualify the best suppliers, negotiate agreements, and develop approaches that enable iLOQ’s growth. You will also develop processes and practices in your area of responsibility.
