Job summary

iLOQ is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead cost, quality, and availability for mechanics and electromechanics. Based in Espoo or Oulu, you will shape category strategy, develop supplier relations, and collaborate with R&D on new products. Strong negotiating skills and a strategic mindset are essential.

You’ll operate in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment, travel as needed, and contribute to a global growth story within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant sourcing/category experience.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and a TCO/should‑cost mindset.
Strategic thinking and a category‑owner perspective.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑moving environment.
Great communication and negotiation skills in English.
Technically oriented mindset and ability to collaborate closely with R&D.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain the category strategy for mechanics and electromechanics (including DC motors).
Develop cost‑effective and scalable supply solutions and second‑sourcing where needed.
Lead supplier cooperation and supplier selection processes.
Work with Sourcing, Supply Chain, and R&D to support product development.
Negotiate agreements and drive continuous improvement across the supplier base.
