Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a sourcing professional to oversee assembly component categories and drive cost-effective procurement. You will manage your area independently, combining purchasing, supplier development, and pricing support, while ensuring delivery reliability within a global partner network.

You will collaborate with internal teams and international partners, participate in supplier selections and negotiations, monitor performance, and manage inventory in project-driven environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant engineering discipline.

• Responsible for selected sourcing categories related to assembly components.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant engineering discipline
• At least three years of experience in sourcing or supply chain management within manufacturing
• Understanding of production, production technologies and materials
• Knowledge of cost structures and cost analysis
• Confident use of Excel
• Experience with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Fluent in both Finnish and English
