SAP Academy for Customer Success offers a three-year development program designed for early-career talent. You will work with customers and prospects to solve business challenges using SAP solutions, becoming a subject matter expert within the sales cycle and participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings, and software demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics, to identify business problems solvable with AI.
• Strong ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 10-month program strengthening a foundation for a customer-facing career at SAP.
• Participate in experiential learning with colleagues worldwide and gain diverse business and SAP solution skills.
• Assist customers to gain real-world experience and guidance through their Digital Transformation journey.
