Job summary

SAP Espoo is seeking a Solution Advisor trainee for the SAP Next Gen Academy for Customer Success. The 10-month program blends hands-on learning with global colleagues to build business, industry and SAP solution skills.

You’ll receive on-the-job mentoring, participate in discovery sessions, and after completing the program lead customer engagements and software demonstrations that highlight SAP’s value and help customers transform.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience with a foundation in technical and business processes.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to changing environments.
• Proficiency in English to engage with our global network.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 10-month program to build customer-facing career foundations.
• Participate in experiential learning with colleagues worldwide and diverse SAP solutions.
• Receive on-the-job training under a senior Solution Advisor mentorship.
• After completion, lead customer discovery sessions and surveys to uncover business challenges.
• Create and deliver high-impact software demonstrations to show SAP's value.
• Provide demand generation support through events and deal-execution activities.
