Job summary

Vincit Oyj in Finland is seeking a driven sales professional to lead new business and account development for SAP and data‑driven projects. You will open doors, shape solutions with our experts, and move discussions from early talks to proposals and closing deals.

The role is hybrid, based in Helsinki or Tampere, with occasional customer visits. You will win new customers, grow key accounts, and drive opportunities to closure, leveraging ERP and data capabilities and a strong understanding of

Qualifications

ERP or solution sales experience with a proven track record.
Familiarity with SAP solutions is a strong advantage.
Data analytics understanding and ability to tie data/AI to business value.
New business mindset and ability to open doors in target accounts.
End-to-end sales capability including proposals and tenders.
Fluent Finnish and English, with flexibility to work across offices in Helsinki and Tampere.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new key customers, building trust and opening strategic opportunities.
Develop selected customer relationships into long-term partnerships and drive growth.
Understand customer business challenges and shape SAP and data-driven solutions with our experts, leveraging modern technologies, including AI.
Lead the sales process from first conversations to proposals and closing, supported by our expert teams.
