Job summary

Bluetech's Machinery Outfitting department is seeking talented engineers to design ship systems, hotel systems and machinery rooms for international projects. You will influence the overall design and collaborate with an experienced team to deliver high-quality results.

The role covers design, modeling, project coordination, and on-site support, requiring CAD and 3D tools proficiency, strong teamwork, and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in ship design.
• Background in Ship outfitting, Ship systems, Machinery, HVAC, Detail design.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, Magicad).
• Proficiency in 3D modeling tools (AVEVA, Cadmatic, Rhino).
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with classification society regulations is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication — other languages are a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Basic design: system descriptions, approval documentation, system diagrams, layouts, and arrangement drawings
• Detail design: 3D modeling, workshop drawings, part and material lists
• Project management: coordinating design approvals with clients and authorities, leading design teams
• Technical support: assisting customers with specifications and procurement
• Site support: providing on-site assistance when required.
