Job summary

Bluetech Finland, part of the Arctic Marine Technology Group, is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join our Helsinki/Turku team. You will contribute to ship electrical design from concept through detail engineering, supporting a range of vessel programs.

You should have a relevant Electrical Engineering degree, 2+ years in maritime electrical design, and strong English communication. Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential, with Cadmatic or AVEVA considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in basic or detail electrical design within the maritime industry.
• Fluent professional English is required.

What We Expect from You

We are looking for both experienced professionals and designers ready to take the next step in their careers. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Electrical Engineeringor a related field
• At least 2years of experience in basic or detail electrical design within the maritime industry
• Strongproficiencyinengineeringtools such as AutoCAD or equivalent software
• KnowledgeofCadmaticor AVEVA is considered an advantage
• A collaborative and solution-oriented approach to work
• Initiative and a willingness to develop design methods and practices within your area of expertise
• Fluent professional English skills

Successful candidates willbe requiredto undergo a security clearance conducted by the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service (SUPO).

Employment

The position is permanent and willcommenceas agreed, preferably before Christmas.

• Salary depending on experience 3800– 4500€/month
