Job summary

Korppoo, Parainen-based hotel food and lounge restaurant seeks an experienced shift supervisor / bartender for a permanent role. You will oversee operations during your shift and deliver high-quality bar and guest service in a bilingual island environment.

Fluent Swedish is required; winter hours are at least 30 hours per week with extra hours possible, and summer hours vary to match tourism. Onboarding is thorough and housing is provided nearby.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced shift supervisor / bartender for a permanent position in a cozy hotel food and lounge restaurant in Korppoo (Parainen). The role combines restaurant management responsibilities with high-quality bar service. The winter season is quieter while summer is busy with tourists and travelers. You will manage operations during your shift and ensure smooth daily work independently. Fluent Swedish is required due to the bilingual island environment.

The position offers a permanent contract with winter hours at least 30 h/week (with possibility of extra hours) and flexible hours during the summer season.
