Job summary

Local Pub Panimo Saariselkä in Finnish Lapland is seeking a bartender for the winter season 2026–2027 to welcome locals and travellers and craft a wide variety of drinks in a lively, international bar atmosphere.

The role offers a fixed-term contract from 23 November 2026 to 11 April 2027, starting from €14.50/hour plus supplements, staff accommodation, and unique winter experiences at one of Lapland's most iconic venues.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience or other relevant restaurant industry experience.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Good English language skills; Finnish language skills are a plus.
• Valid alcohol serving licence (Anniskelupassi).
• If you hold a Finnish security steward licence, mention it as an advantage.

We are looking for a Bartender to join our team for the winter season 2026–2027!

We hope you have
