Wilderness Hotels' Saariselän Panimo in Saariselkä is seeking a skilled bartender for a fixed-term winter season 2026-2027. You will prepare and serve beverages in a diverse bar setting and welcome guests from around the world with a relaxed yet professional approach.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled bartender for a fixed-term position during the winter season 2026-2027 at Saariselän Panimo, operated by Wilderness Hotels.

You will prepare and serve beverages in a diverse bar setting and welcome guests from around the world with a relaxed yet professional approach.

You will work in a lively and friendly team, experiencing the unique Arctic winter atmosphere both during shifts and off-duty.

• Previous bar experience or other relevant restaurant industry background.
• A positive, proactive, customer-oriented attitude.
• Fluent Finnish and English.
• A valid alcohol server’s license.
• And an advantageous security guard certificate.

Position runs from 23 November 2026 to 11 April 2027.

Salary starts at 14.50 €/h plus supplements, final pay determined by experience and qualifications, and MaRaVa terms apply.

Possibility of staff housing for the contract period (shared double room).
