Job summary

Staffpoint Holding Oy seeks a shift supervisor for Lapland Hotels Bulevardi’s Sala (Kultá Kitchen & Bar) to lead evening shifts and ensure guests and the team enjoy their time.

The role emphasizes supervising evening service, maintaining high standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth floor operation in Helsinki. You will work a fixed-term schedule through December 2026 with evening shifts Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Suitable education in the field.
• Experience in supervisory roles (preferably in an à la carte evening restaurant).
• Strong knowledge of food and drink.
• Sales-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work in changing conditions.
• Good organizational, collaborative, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English, a valid alcohol service badge, and being of legal age.

Contract and Schedule

This is a fixed-term position with 90 hours over 3 weeks, starting in early September and continuing until 31 December 2026.

Shifts are mainly in the evenings from Monday to Saturday.
