Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and automated workflows.

• Understanding of evaluation, human oversight, security, and responsible AI usage.
• Strong software engineering background.
• Experience building and operating modern cloud-native systems.
• Experience with APIs, containers, and infrastructure automation.
• Ability to balance autonomy with governance and reusable capabilities.
• Approved security clearance is required.
• Applications may be submitted in Finnish or English.
