Audmet Oy - Diatec is seeking a Service Technician to calibrate, service and support diagnostic hearing and balance equipment in Helsinki, with some travel to customer sites. You will take over existing service customers, drive service sales, and build strong relationships.

As a Service Technician at Audmet Oy - Diatec, your main responsibilities will be performing calibrations, service, and support of diagnostic equipment. You will take over existing service and calibration customers and continue to drive sales of our service offerings to new customers. The work is varied and includes visiting and strengthening relationships with existing customers, as well as selling our service offerings to new customers. Much of the service work is carried out at our office in Helsinki, but also on-site at customers' locations, which involves some travel and approximately 4-5 overnight stays per month. For us, the customer and audiology are at the center, and research and innovation are important elements. It is a strong advantage if you have knowledge in audiology and audiological equipment, as well as experience in service and customer interaction.
