Operaria Oy is seeking a technically curious and commercially driven Sales Professional to support the Finland & Baltics region in building relationships and creating new business opportunities for precision sensor and measurement technology.
You will work hands-on in the field, visiting industrial customers and OEMs, collaborating with teams in Sweden and Germany, and gradually taking full sales responsibility for the region. Fluent Finnish and English are required; travel is regular.
Micro-Epsilon is a family-owned German pioneer in precision sensor and measurement technology with more than 55 years of history and approximately 1,800 employees worldwide. The Finland & Baltics business operates as part of Micro-Epsilon’s Nordic organization and reports to the operational management of Micro-Epsilon Sensotest AB, based near Stockholm. Sensotest AB is a fully owned subsidiary responsible for sales activities across the Nordic and Baltic region. The organization consists of approximately eight employees. We are looking for a new Sales Professional to work with the current Sales Manager in the Finland & Baltics region. Over time, within approximately one year, the objective is for the new person to gradually take full responsibility for sales and customer development across the region.
We are seeking a technically curious and commercially driven sales professional who genuinely enjoys industrial customer discussions, production environments, sensors, automation, and solving real customer problems. This is a hands-on field sales role focused on Finland and the Baltics — building customer relationships, creating new business opportunities, and helping industrial customers improve their processes through high-quality precision sensor and measurement technology. You will have a high level of independence in daily customer work, supported by teams in Sweden and Germany. You will take commercial responsibility for your assigned sales area in Finland and the Baltics.
