Therole is the primary contact forcustomersand responsible for troubleshooting, technical guidance and general IT and system supportthroughoutNRB (Nordic and Baltics).The Jobholder can be based in either Finland, Denmark, Sweden or Norway.The role requires aproactiveand customer-orientatedservice-mindedattitude, excellent analytical thinking and problem-solvingskillsand asystematicaland structured mindset.
Assist,troubleshootand provide technical guidance and support.
Ensure detailed records of service workarecorrectly entered into thecompanyinformation systems and ensureaccurateupdated customer information is available to otherVarianparties.
Track support issues,bugsand feature requests, working with the escalation team and developers as needed.
Collaboratewithcolleagues throughout the worldfortroubleshooting,upgradesandprojects.
Interact withcustomersvia bothon-site visitsas well as remotetoassistwith troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Update documentation in our Knowledge Base with technical guides and tips.
Maintain a high degree of professional knowledge and safety consciousness according toSiemensHealthineersguidelinesandperform activities under the safest working conditions.
Occasionallyparticipateon-site forinstallation of our IT systems throughouttheregion.
Occasionallytravel to customer sitesfor preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills, and customer empathydemonstratedbyprevioussuccessful experience in a similar role, ideally within Medical Device or Technology.
Frequent use and application of technical documentation, standards, principles, concepts, and techniques in the field.
Practical and advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Internet Information Services (IIS), SQL Server, SharePoint, ActiveDirectoryand Registry. Certificationpreferred.
Understanding ofPowerShell scriptsandexperience in the usage.
Practical and advanced knowledge of Windows based computer architecture, including server and desktop operating systems and the relations to advanced software applications.
Solid understanding of networking architectures and principles.
Preferably youhave knowledge ofParallelsandCitrix XenApp technology and virtualization techniques.
Sound knowledge and troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software products.
Knowledge of IT service management concepts and frameworks such as ITIL.
English is the primary language used within our company.Therefore,writtenand verbal Englishproficiencyis a requirementas well as oneof theNordiclanguages.
Bachelor’s degree in computer scienceor several years of experience from an international company solving IT problems for external customers.
