Job summary

Audmet Oy - Diatec is seeking a Service Technician to calibrate, service and support diagnostic hearing and balance equipment in Helsinki, with some travel to customer sites. You will take over existing service customers, drive service sales, and build strong relationships.

The role offers training, international environment, and opportunities for professional growth within Audmet's global Demant A/S group.

Qualifications

• Technical background, preferably in audiology.
• Interest in technology.
• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fast learner.
• Team player who can work independently with responsibility.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Structured, goal-oriented work style.
• Social and outgoing.
• Valid category B driving license.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations, service, and support of diagnostic equipment.
• Manage existing service and calibration customers and drive service sales.
• Visit customers to strengthen relationships and win new business.
• Travel to customer sites; 4–5 overnight stays per month.
