Job summary

Lemmikki Day Care in Helsinki is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee daily meals, customer service, dishwashing and cleaning. You will ensure smooth operations for 60 customers at the site, including planning snacks, heating lunch, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Job description

At Lemmikki Day Care, we provide our customers, children and adults, with good tools for life and a clean environment every weekday.

As a Service Supervisor, you are responsible for the day care's meal and customer service, dishwashing and cleaning. There are 60 customers at the site. You are a cleaning expert who handles daily cleaning and tidying tasks smoothly. You prepare morning and afternoon snacks and heat the lunch. You plan and implement daily activities with an independent and developing approach, take care of ordering, self-monitoring and are responsible for the site's result according to the prepared budget.

You are a customer service professional who meets the customer professionally and with a big smile. You want to work with children and adults as part of the day care's happy, but occasionally hectic atmosphere.

Requirements for success in the position:

• You have education suitable for the position or experience in similar tasks.
• You can manage the work in Finnish.
• You have completed a hygiene passport.
