TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab is seeking a Service Manager for the Gerby Daycare kitchen in Turku. The permanent full-time role covers kitchen operations for breakfast, lunch and snacks, serving about 200 meals daily, with a 38.25-hour week.

Responsibilities include ordering food from the prep kitchen, handling dishwashing, and maintaining the kitchen's quality and hygiene standards. The position may require after-hours tasks; start date as soon as possible.

Job description

Service Manager for TeeSe Botnia at Gerby Daycare

We are looking for a reliable employer who takes good care of both its customers and employees. TeeSe Botnia seeks a service manager for a permanent full-time position at the kitchen in Gerby daycare, 38.25 hours per week.

The daycare serves meals to about 200 people daily. The service manager has overall responsibility for the kitchen operations, including breakfast, lunch and snacks. Lunch is served hot from the prep kitchen, while potatoes, rice, pasta and portioned products are cooked on site.

Tasks include ordering food from the prep kitchen, handling dishwashing, and being responsible for the kitchen's own quality control. Work is usually weekdays between 7:00 and 15:00. The employee must be available for tasks outside normal working hours.

We hope the selected person can start as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Basic qualification in the restaurant industry.
• Experience in a large kitchen.
• Natural customer-service person with a smile and genuine service attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and with colleagues.
• Computer skills.
• Hygiene certificate.
• Good Finnish or Swedish language skills.
• Background check present before employment.
