Job summary

RTK-Palvelu Oy is seeking a Service Supervisor for the Vaasa area to oversee cleaning operations on-site. You will organize tasks, plan shifts, ensure quality, and collaborate closely with the client in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a service-minded approach, with fluency in Finnish and at least satisfactory English. A driving license and mobility across areas are needed; owning a car is an advantage. Training and safety development are provided.

We are looking for a Service Supervisor for the Vaasa area.

Task and expectations: As a Cleaning Service Supervisor you will act as the on-site supervisor for cleaning services. You will assist your supervisor in daily operations, organizing and guiding different cleaning tasks, planning shifts, quality follow-up and developing cooperation with the client. You will also participate actively in cleaning work. You are service-minded and your way of working is brisk and confident. You organize and solve problems even in rush. Previous experience in directing work and cleaning industry provides good readiness.

Training is considered beneficial and there is an opportunity to train while working.

A safety card is a plus; we provide training if needed.

You will communicate fluently in Finnish, your English skills must be at least satisfactory, and other language skills are a bonus.

A driving license (B) and mobility across areas are necessary; owning a car is an advantage.
