Job summary

Click Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy is seeking cleaning professionals to join our team in Tampere and nearby areas. You will perform cleaning tasks at client sites, with duties that may include home cleaning, offices, stairwells, and deep cleaning.

Positions may start as fixed-term leases or direct recruitment, with work weekly during daytime hours 7:00–17:00. Occasional variations to 15–37.5 hours per week depending on client needs. A driver’s license and own car are beneficial for site travel.

Are you a cleaning professional? Experts in the field are needed consistently throughout the year.

We are now proactively seeking cleaners for diverse tasks at our client companies' sites in Tampere and surrounding municipalities.

Work consists of, for example, cleaning various sites.

Sites may include home cleaning, offices, new residential properties, stairwells, special cleaning, and deep cleaning.

The specific tasks of each position will be clarified during the recruitment process.

It is also important to state whether you have a driver's license and your own car available.

In this position, you will start through us with a fixed-term lease employment relationship or direct recruitment, and work is available from shorter fixed-term contracts to those valid until further notice.

We offer the worker work clothing, occupational health services exceeding the basic level, and an appropriate salary.

We help move the employment relationship forward and provide support throughout the employment period if necessary.

Working hours are weekdays 7–17.00, sometimes 15-37.5h/week depending on the customer you are employed by.

The position follows the real estate services collective agreement.

Your success in the position is supported by a brisk work attitude, good basic physical fitness, and manual skills. In many tasks, a good attitude already takes you far. A driver's license and the possibility of using a car facilitate travel to work sites, and previous experience or training in the field can be beneficial.
