Job summary

Tampereen Datapiste Oy (TDP) is seeking a SERVER/INFRA SPECIALIST to join our Nokia office. You will manage IT infrastructure, servers, and monitoring, provide on-site support, and help develop modernized environments for industrial customers.

The role emphasizes Windows and Linux server maintenance, virtualization (Proxmox), cloud familiarity (Hetzner/Amazon), and willingness to learn AI tools. Finnish and English language skills are required, with a valid B-driving license.

Qualifications

At least a few years of work experience in IT infrastructure.
Experience in maintenance and development of Windows and Linux servers, possibly cloud servers (Hetzner/Amazon).
Experience in virtualization (Proxmox or similar).
Experience with AI tools or strong enthusiasm to learn them.
Excellent Finnish and English language skills (customers are mainly Finnish-speaking).
B-driving license.

Responsibilities

Manage IT infrastructure and servers: monitoring, backup supervision, development, network maintenance and documentation.
Solve user support tickets (L1–L2): workstations and everyday usage problems.
Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.
Install devices and applications to working condition and provide on-site support if necessary.
