Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. in Lahti, Finland, seeks a proactive Shift Lead to supervise a team of shift technicians in a high‑performance data center campus.

You will ensure 24/7 operations, manage handovers, and coordinate incident response to maintain critical services. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, driving safety compliance, reporting outcomes, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues quickly and deliver reliable infrastructure

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Experience in an operational role in a data center or mission-critical facility.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise teams in a technical/operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of shift technicians to ensure 24/7 operations.
• Oversee day-to-day data center operations and monitor critical systems.
• Coordinate incident response, escalation, and timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure effective shift handovers with clear reporting and documentation.
