Job summary

Veolia Finland is seeking a Technical Manager / Sr Technical Manager to join our Technical Office in Espoo. You will support Veolia’s growth in Finland and the Nordics by delivering expert technical guidance to operations and projects, and by driving efficiency and performance enhancements across sites.

You will collaborate with the Business Development team, site operations, and technical experts, reporting to the Head of Technical Office.

Qualifications

Must have strong technical background in energy production, chemical processing, or utility systems.
Proven ability to lead investigations, troubleshoot complex problems, and propose robust solutions.
Experience supporting operations, development projects, and bid evaluations in a Nordic/ Finnish context.
Fluent in Finnish and English with clear communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support to operations and projects across sites.
Lead complex troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives.
Drive efficiency improvements and operational excellence across sites and projects.
Support bid preparation and guide technical evaluations.
Lead conceptual design and feasibility studies.
Lead technical performance analyses, reviews and audits.
