Job description

Enersense Engineering is currently looking for an **Engineering Manager** with a mechanical engineering background to support our client’s engineering activities in Porvoo, Finland. Our client is offering a long-term position with work starting as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate has a solid technical background in mechanical engineering, experience coordinating engineering activities and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee mechanical engineering activities


• Support engineering planning, scheduling and resource coordination


• Review technical documentation, drawings and engineering deliverables


• Coordinate with project teams, clients and other engineering disciplines


• Monitor progress, quality and compliance with project requirements


• Identify technical challenges and support problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field


• Previous experience in mechanical engineering in process industry environment
