Job summary

Vestas Vaasa region seeks a Field Supervisor to lead a team of 20–30 service technicians, drive the company strategy locally, and ensure performance and a professional mindset. You will manage operational targets and collaborate across functions to improve service delivery in Finland.

You will hire and develop technicians, work with stakeholders in Sweden/Nordic regions, and maintain alignment with safety, quality, and cost goals while leading by example.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience leading teams of at least 10 people.
• Experience managing budgets and economic targets.
• Ability to drive results through others and communicate with stakeholders.
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the most efficient execution of the plan, set operational expectations, ensure safety, quality and timely reporting by technicians.
• Be responsible for hiring and performance discussions with technicians.
• Coordinate with Service Sweden/Nordic and internal departments to improve cross-functional collaboration.
• Align with company decisions and follow processes focused on service business, cost and safety.
• Lead and motivate staff by delegating appropriate responsibilities.
