QCS Staffing Ltd. is recruiting an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of data centre infrastructure in Finland.

The role focuses on ensuring maximum uptime for critical systems and leading a team of engineers, technicians and contractors in a safety-first environment. The position requires hands-on experience with large-scale facilities, a mechanical or electrical background, and prior leadership of operations in 24/7 settings.

Qualificações

• Data centre experience within large-scale facilities.
• Mechanical or Electrical background with knowledge of critical infrastructure systems.
• Experience leading operations teams in mission-critical or 24/7 environments.
• Ideally Finnish or experience working in Finland, with knowledge of local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operation and maintenance of critical facility infrastructure including UPS, generators, switchgear, HVAC, cooling systems, fire systems and BMS.
• Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of all mission-critical systems through robust operational management.
• Manage incident response, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Lead and develop teams of facility engineers, technicians and contractors while maintaining a strong safety-first culture.

• Ideally Finnish or experienced working in Finland, with knowledge of local regulations, utility providers and compliance requirements.
