Job summary

Veolia Finland is seeking a skilled Technical Manager / Sr Technical Manager to join our Technical Office in Espoo. You will support Veolia’s growth in Finland and across the Nordics by providing expert technical support to operations and projects, driving performance improvements and operational excellence.

You will work closely with our Business Development team, site operations and technical experts, reporting to the Head of Technical Office.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in energy production, chemical processes or utilities.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple sites.
• Analytical mindset with proactive work approach.
• Fluency in both Finnish and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to operations and projects across Finland and Nordics.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives.

In this role, you’ll support Veolia’s growth in Finland and across the Nordics by providing technical support to our operations, contributing to business development, and driving performance improvements and operational excellence across our sites and projects. You’ll work closely with our Business Development team, site operations, and technical experts.
