Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for the Nordics, based in Finland. You will lead the most complex engagements, own executive relationships, and drive platform adoption of Databricks Data Intelligence across Startup and Digital Native accounts.

You will combine deep technical leadership with strategic account planning, influencing decisions at the Directors, VPs and C-level and translating architecture choices into business outcomes and revenue impact. Hybrid work possible.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture or senior tech roles.
• Expert coding in Python, SQL; Spark/PySpark preferred.
• Proven experience driving consumption growth and platform adoption.
• Strong enterprise data tech knowledge: distributed systems, streaming, lakehouse.
• Deep cloud platform knowledge: Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Declared technical specialization with real-time or data governance focus.
• Executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering; advanced degrees valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive consumption strategy and platform adoption with startups and digital natives.
• Influence stakeholders across the cloud ecosystem and partners with Databricks vision.
• Act as expert architect and trusted advisor on data analytics architectures.
• Lead complex architecture engagements across multi-workload platforms and migrations.
• Contribute to field engineering through customer-facing content and workshops.
• Coach junior Solutions Architects on use-case prioritisation.
