Job summary

Intelligent Employment is seeking experienced Project Directors and senior project leaders for on-site leadership roles in Finland's data centre developments. You will drive large-scale capital projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.

We value a track record in data centre construction or equivalent heavy industry, strong commercial and contractual skills, and excellent English. Relocation to Finland may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading major capital investment, industrial or infrastructure construction projects.
• Senior roles such as Project Director, Construction Director or Senior Project Manager.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and international project organisations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work on-site in Finland, relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, consultants and delivery partners.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies and delivery plans.
• Overseeing project budgets, schedules, commercial performance, quality and HSE.
• Managing major contracts, project risks and key stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinating engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning interfaces.
• Providing strategic direction and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
