Job summary

Outokumpu Oyj is seeking a Platform Security Architect to plan, design, and improve security across global IT platforms, including compute, networks, public cloud and end user services. You will strengthen core security services and ensure scalable, business-aligned platforms.

Responsibilities include designing security across platforms, developing endpoint protection strategies, implementing PAM for IT and OT, and supporting Azure/Microsoft 365 hardening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information security, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in cyber security and platform security at scale.
• Strong knowledge of PAM and Entra ID for IT and OT environments.
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 security hardening.
• Understanding of Windows/Linux security and log ingestion.
• Knowledge of information security standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Understanding of ITIL service management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design security across global IT platforms, public cloud, and end user services.
• Develop endpoint protection strategy, roadmap, policies, and tuning.
• Plan and design Privileged Access Management, PAM, services for IT and OT environments.
• Contribute to Azure and Microsoft 365 security hardening.
• Support Windows and Linux security logging and log ingestion.
• Act as technical incident commander for platform security incidents.
• Rationalization and cost optimization for endpoint protection and PAM tools.
• Work closely with IT, OT, security, and business stakeholders.
