Job summary

Supermetrics is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our RevOps team in Helsinki, Finland, or Dublin, Ireland.

This 12-month fixed-term contract runs from October 2026 to October 2027, offering a chance to influence core processes and drive system improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Salesforce Administrator/Consultant/Solution Engineer.
• Hands-on experience creating, maintaining and optimizing Salesforce Flows.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Bonus: HubSpot experience or Salesforce certifications.

Senior Salesforce Administrator (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our established RevOps team in either Helsinki, Finland, or Dublin, Ireland. This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, officially kicking off in October 2026 and concluding in October 2027. This is a unique opportunity to make a high-impact, strategic contribution to our RevOps function.

In this role, you will…

• Play a critical role in managing, maintaining, and enhancing our Salesforce environment using declarative tools.
• Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Owner, key stakeholders, and end-users across the organization to ensure our systems run seamlessly.
• Lead and execute Salesforce projects from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Identify broad areas for improvement within the Salesforce platform and implement strategic enhancements, including process automation, customizations, and external system integrations.

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

• Driving user adoption and system efficiency by optimizing the user experience (leveraging dynamic forms, improving Lightning record pages, and implementing Paths).
• Building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable automations and screen flows.
• Migrating legacy Process Builder processes to Flows and optimizing existing automations.
• Working closely with end-users to identify process bottlenecks and designing effective solutions.
• Partnering with the Sales Enablement team to train end-users and ensure they are equipped to use the system efficiently.

This position is for you if you have…

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, or Solution Engineer.
• Proven, hands‑on experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing scalable Salesforce Flows.
• A solid understanding of Salesforce integrations and architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile working methodologies.
• Bonus points for: Experience with HubSpot and relevant Salesforce certifications (though practical, hands‑on experience is our primary focus).
