Job summary

Supermetrics is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Helsinki or Dublin. You will lead and optimize our Salesforce environment, collaborating with the RevOps team and stakeholders to deliver scalable automations and integrations.

The role emphasizes driving user adoption, project leadership from requirements to deployment, and hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or Solution Engineer.
• Hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing scalable Salesforce Flows.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce integrations and architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile working methodologies.
• Bonus: Experience with HubSpot and relevant Salesforce certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and enhance Salesforce using declarative tools.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Owner, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure systems run smoothly.
• Lead Salesforce projects from requirements to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Identify and implement improvements including automation, customizations, and integrations.
• Drive user adoption and efficiency by optimizing the user experience (dynamic forms, Lightning pages, Paths).
• Build and optimize scalable automations and screen flows.
• Migrate legacy Process Builder to Flows and optimize automations.
• Work with end-users to identify bottlenecks and design effective solutions.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to train end-users.
