Winona Finland seeks a Recruitment Consultant to join our core team in Keilaniemi, Espoo. You will take ownership for senior-level search processes, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and a valued partner to candidates.

The role is permanent and full-time, with an independent yet collaborative setup. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, and contribute to interim solutions as client needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in driving candidate sourcing and leading client projects in recruitment or headhunting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with ability to act as trusted partner to clients and candidates.
• Driven, proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Fluent Finnish and good spoken/written English.

Responsibilities

• Own senior-level search processes from start to finish.
• Act as trusted strategic advisor to clients and partners to candidates.
• Lead recruitment assignments independently within an agile environment.
• Collaborate across team and contribute to interim solutions when needed.
