Job summary

Birn+Partners Finland is seeking a Consultant to win business, advise boards, and run cross-border mandates across Europe from our Nordic hub. You will work with executive teams and boards on strategic challenges and lead assignments across executive search and leadership advisory.

You will build and develop long-term client relationships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with European colleagues to share knowledge and leads, operating with autonomy on a strong internal platform.

The Role
