Job summary

IQM Finland Oy in Espoo is seeking an experienced Quantum Engineer to lead the development of fabrication processes for next-generation quantum chips. In this role, you will work collaboratively across R&D, design, and production teams to tackle complex engineering challenges and convert experimental breakthroughs into scalable manufacturing technologies.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in micro- or nanofabrication.
  • Strong experimental mindset with experience designing structured investigations.
  • Experience developing and validating new manufacturing techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and optimization of quantum chip fabrication processes.
  • Design, execute, and analyze hypothesis-driven experiments.
  • Work closely with teams to bring new fabrication technologies into production.
