Nordhealth is building the future of veterinary practice management software, Provet. This senior role focuses on getting clinics up and running faster, reducing site-by-site configuration, and enabling scalable enterprise admin across multi-site groups.

You will lead a cross-functional squad, collaborate with engineers and designers, and iterate rapidly to simplify configuration without losing depth. Seniority is evidenced by prior cross-functional impact and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, including time in B2B software.
• Owned a complex, cross-cutting domain and turned a manual, expert-dependent process into a product.
• Owned admin, hierarchy or multi-site configuration for B2B customers with complex structures.
• Delivered initiatives that depended on other teams, with real deadlines and visible stakes.
• Built strategy in ambiguous situations rather than executing someone else's plan.

Responsibilities

• Own the problem space for how clinics get set up, and the two numbers that go with it: how long it takes, and how well it goes.
• Own your roadmap. Decide what your team works on based on customer insights and data.
• Lead a cross-functional squad with engineers and designers to address setup challenges.
• Test hypotheses, ship small improvements, learn, and iterate toward better setup experiences.
• Shadow onboarding teams as a first customer and redesign the product to reduce workarounds.
• Handle enterprise admin for single clinics and multi-site groups with centralized vs local control.
• Maintain clear progress, risk, and prioritization communication with stakeholders.
