Yousician, based in Helsinki, Finland, is seeking a senior product leader to take over an established consumer subscription app and drive its trajectory with an autonomous, evidence-based approach.

You will form your own view of what’s working, shape scope and priorities, and lead a cross-functional team to measurable outcomes that improve conversion, retention, and revenue. Strong negotiation and stakeholder skills are required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product management for consumer subscription apps at scale, including taking over an existing product and team, with measurable results.
• Made hard calls: killed live projects, re-scoped quarters, restructured teams and articulated costs and returns.
• Built or rebuilt an experimentation practice with hypothesis quality and rapid action on negative results.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable pulling data, auditing funnels, and challenging dashboards.
• Deep understanding of user-centric design, usability, and growth strategy for app platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnosis before strategy: in 90 days build a picture of product, funnel, experiments, and team; present decisions to CPO.
• The operating system of the team: convert strategy into staffed, dated, owned commitments with clear DRIs and kill criteria.
• Ruthless prioritization: fewer, bigger bets tied to measurable in-quarter outcomes.
• An experimentation program with decision discipline: every bet has a measurement vehicle and decision date.
• KPIs that connect to money: track metrics linked to conversion, retention, and revenue.
• The team’s bar: raise ownership, coach, and make hard calls on process, scope, and team composition.
• The seams: ensure crisp boundaries with Monetization, CRM, Content, and Engineering.
• Advocate for the user: accessibility, usability, and joy at the heart of the product.
