Qualifications

• 2+ years in an analytical role such as FP&A, business operations, revenue operations, data analytics or royalty operations.
• Built financial or operational models used to inform decisions.
• Strong data skills: advanced spreadsheets and SQL, plus experience with a BI tool (e.g. Metabase, Looker).
• Automated manual work using AI, scripts or no-code tools.
• Comfortable with financial reconciliation and how revenue and costs flow through P&L.
• Turned messy data from several sources into a clean, trusted dataset.

• Automation & AI: identify and implement automation for reconciliation and reporting.
• Deal analysis: benchmark terms and support negotiations and renewals.

• Rights clearance: monitor license status and resolve issues.
• Renewals: own renewal calendar and prepare analyses for strategic decisions.
