Drive paid social growth for clients

You’ll take full ownership of campaign execution, from setup to optimisation, and act as the day‑to‑day contact who helps clients scale performance and see it reflected in the numbers. Clients will lean on you to figure out what to test next and where the budget should actually go.

Specifically your responsibilities will include:

• Campaign execution: Plan, set up, and optimise Paid Social campaigns with a focus on measurable impact.
• Feed & catalog scaling: Manage and utilise a range of data feeds to run dynamic social campaigns at scale, using Smartly.io as a key execution tool.
• Client communication: Communicate directly with clients, presenting performance updates and collaborating on setup and optimisation strategies.
• Performance reporting: Analyse campaign performance and report on results with a clear focus on commercial goals.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work proactively with cross-discipline teams across s360.
• Knowledge sharing: Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous development within the team.

Located in our vibrant Kanavaranta waterfront office, you will join a diverse local team of 20 specialists across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Measurement, SEO/GEO, AI Deployment and Digital Growth. We are a group that genuinely enjoys learning from one another, breaking down the silos to deliver best results.

Our Finnish Paid Social team is small and agile, but we pack a punch—working with some of the most interesting brands in the market. While we operate locally as a tight‑knit team, you will also be part of a larger international community. Currently, we have 40+ Paid Social experts spread across our European markets, collaborating on award‑winning work and swapping insights with some of the best minds in the industry.

• Paid Social background: 2–3 years of experience with Paid Social, ideally from an agency or in‑house setup.
• Platform proficiency: Hands‑on experience navigating platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat
• Tech saviness: Competency in navigating Smartly for campaign monitoring and execution. Leaning into using AI.
• Client communication: Skilled communicator who is comfortable engaging with clients and presenting campaign performance.
• Collaborative mindset: A strong team player who values knowledge sharing and open sparring.
• Detail‑oriented & Data‑first: High attention to detail with a curiosity for analysing performance, testing new tools, and learning new techniques.
• Language skills: Strong professional communication skills both in Finnish and English.
