Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Associate MEP Cost Manager for a major data centre programme across the Nordics. The role combines senior client-facing responsibilities with leadership across MEP cost management, commercial reporting, and project governance.

Flexible location is offered: stay in-country full-time or rotate across Norway and Finland, with hybrid working options and broad project exposure to high-value data centre developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in MEP cost management within data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership in multi-project environments.
• Degree in QS/Engineering; professional accreditation (RICS/AACE) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large or complex MEP cost management workstreams.
• Primary client contact for cost reporting and commercial matters.
• Manage cost reporting, outputs and deliverables to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee teams of cost and commercial professionals across workstreams.
• Ensure delivery aligns with client objectives, scope and contracts.
