Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality management on hyperscale data centre projects across the Nordics, with delivery in Finland and Norway and potential 11/3 rotation. The role may be based in-country with significant international travel.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Client and Contractor Quality teams, develop the Quality Management Plan, and ensure compliance with owner specifications while safeguarding quality across

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience leading quality management on major construction projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities are essential.
• Experience in data centre or technology projects is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Management for the project, interfacing between Client and Contractor Quality teams.
• Manage the project Quality team to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Direct on-site resources and ensure quality events and benchmarks are recorded timely.
• Prepare, develop, and deliver the overall Quality Management Plan in compliance with owner specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on quality requirements and approvals.
• Ensure quality training and inductions for on-site personnel and integrators.
