Job summary

V7 Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Site Manager to oversee on-site MEP construction activities for a major hyperscale data centre programme in Finland. You will coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety, quality and schedule alignment across multiple phases.

The role requires a strong MEP background, experience managing site teams, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A rotation is available; EU right to work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Site Manager / MEP Supervisor.
• Strong MEP construction background.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
• Data centre experience preferred.
• EU passport / right to work in the EU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP construction activities on site, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring safety, quality and programme alignment.
• Collaborate with project management and construction teams to ensure delivery across project phases.
