Job summary

Zenith Associates Limited in Helsinki, Finland is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant for Data Centre projects. The role is hybrid (site/home) within a growing Nordic team, delivering major data centre developments for a global client.

You will lead commercial management across complex Data Centre packages, with emphasis on MEP and CSA, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with consultants, contractors and client representatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience on data centres or mission-critical environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant – Data Centres (MEP & CSA)

Helsinki, Finland | Hybrid (Site / Home)

As part of the Cost Consultancy team, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio of major Data Centre developments located within 30 minutes of Helsinki. A bespoke package, including relocation support, accommodation, benefits and bonus, is provided.

We’re working with an exciting and fast-growing consultancy renowned for its entrepreneurial culture, minimal red tape and strong growth across Europe.

They are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their new Finland team, where you will play a key role in delivering a portfolio of major Data Centre projects for a globally recognised client in the region.

• Delivery of complex Data Centre projects

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
• Exposure to major projects, ideally within data centres or mission-critical environments
• Strong track record delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage complex project environments
• Proactive leadership style with the ability to drive teams and projects forward
