Job summary

Zenith Associates Limited in Helsinki, Finland is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant for Data Centre projects. The role is hybrid (site/home) within a growing Nordic team, delivering major data centre developments for a global client.

You will lead commercial management across complex Data Centre packages, with emphasis on MEP and CSA, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with consultants, contractors and client representatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience on data centres or mission-critical environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of complex Data Centre projects.
• All aspects of commercial management.
• Focus on MEP systems and/or CSA packages.
• Supporting Project Quantity Surveyors.
• Stakeholder and client management.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Driving project performance across cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Supporting company and team growth across the Nordics and wider EU.
