Trust in SODA is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager – Finland (CRM & Content) to drive user engagement and grow paying subscribers. This hands‑on role sits across CRM lifecycle marketing and content operations, coordinating across email, mobile, onsite and social channels.

You will own the customer journey, build automations, manage campaigns end‑to‑end and lead content production with agencies and creators. Finnish copywriting and English fluency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of B2C marketing with hands-on CRM ownership.
• Experience building automations within a modern CRM/marketing platform.
• Proven track record using CRM to grow subscribers or revenue.
• Experience managing external agencies and multi‑stage content workflows.
• Experience managing content creators/influencers with performance tracking.
• Excellent Finnish copywriting and QA of customer content.
• Social media/community management for a consumer brand.
• Structured, self‑sufficient and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Native Finnish and fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Build, launch and optimise CRM automations and campaigns across email, mobile and onsite messaging.
• Own the customer journey from single ticket to subscription, onboarding and renewal.
• Manage weekly campaigns end‑to‑end from copy to QA and send.
• Own segmentation, targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Measure performance on subscriber growth, conversions and retention.
• Lead end‑to‑end content pipeline with agencies through production to channel‑ready assets.
• Coordinate assets across paid, CRM, social and brand channels.
• Source and manage content creators/influencers and track performance.
• Own social content calendar and day‑to‑day community management; support brand campaigns.
