Draivi Media Oy in Helsinki is seeking a Marketing Lead to own all marketing for South Africa, a market with 2 million users, while working from our Helsinki hub.

You will manage every channel—from media buying to direct marketing, email and SMS—and align with the SA business development lead to drive growth. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-border team.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience owning performance marketing results.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaign management.
• Budget ownership and prioritization across channels.
• Strong knowledge of SEA/SEM, A/B testing and CRO concepts.
• Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into insights.
• Collaborative approach across teams and partners.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Own the performance marketing strategy, budget and results for South Africa across paid, direct marketing and content.
• Lead Google and Meta Ads performance, hands-on at first and scale campaigns.
• Maintain and grow email and SMS marketing for retention and monetization.
• Coordinate with our SA lead and Helsinki hub to turn market insights into campaigns.
• Contribute to content and SEO initiatives for the SA market.
• Help develop SA sites and improve conversion funnels with the product/tech teams.
• Set KPIs, report on performance and identify growth opportunities.
